The Ritual Table is an intimate Sunday morning experience created in Harbour House with Hold and Alma Cacao.
Designed as a moment of pause from everyday life, you'll be guided through a thoughtfully curated journey that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and embrace the art of ritual.
Together we'll explore the rich story and traditions of ceremonial cacao before gathering for a guided tasting and a ceremonial cup.
The morning then gently unfolds into grounding breathwork and meditation, before transitioning into a guided facial massage ritual using Alma's cacao oil, led by Hold.
Throughout the experience you'll discover simple rituals that encourage presence, calm and self-care—practices you can continue long after the morning has ended.
